We work with an extremely diverse range of clients.  Most are residents of Natick, Wellesley, Dover or Sherborn but many travel much further to see us, or find that we are conveniently located on their commute into Boston.

Packages and Rates

Personal Training- Private one-on-one personal training sessions

  • Programs from 1-3 days per week.
  • Sessions range from $65-$80 ea.
  • 30 and 60 minute sessions available.

Partner Training- A fun and affordable way to get fit with a friend

  • Programs from 1-3 days per week.
  • Sessions range from $35-$45 per person.
  • All sessions are 60 minutes.

In-Home Training- We bring the workout to your home or office.

  • Enjoy the convenience of working out in your home or office.
  • No equipment necessary- We can use your home gym or bring whatever equipment you need.
  • All sessions are 60 minutes.
  • A great option for those with limited mobility.
