"I believe that there is no one-size-fits-all solution to getting in shape. An effective fitness program must be flexible and built around an individual's needs, but it also has take into account lifestyle, nutrition, and past experiences. It is my passion to provide clients with the education and accountability to make good decisions -- and to make great progress."
